Beautifully handmade monochrome with a touch of red elephant print patchwork baby blanket in white, grey and red and backed with a cosy minky dimple fleece. A perfect gift for a new baby or that special little person in your life.

This blanket features a mix of grey, red, white and beige colours and patterns and has a cute little elephant, raindrop and crown print throughout. This blanket is very lightweight but super soft and cosy due to the minky fleece back. It is very easily transportable and can be rolled for easy use when out and about in the buggy or pram, it can even be used as an easily washable play mat.

This blanket was handmade by me in my home studio and is ready to post out to you within the next couple of days.

HOW MY BLANKETS ARE MADE:

My blankets are patched from 10 x 10cm squares of co-ordinating fabrics sewn together to form the top, the backing is sewn from a beautiful velvety soft coordinating minky star patterned dimple fleece, minky is a lightweight fleece which feels extremely warm, cosy and soft to the touch. The blanket is finished with two rows of top stitching around the edge for both decoration and durability.

CARING FOR YOUR BLANKET

All of the fabrics I use for my blankets have been pre washed and pressed and the finished blanket may be machine washed at 30 degrees. Washing the blanket will make the patchwork wrinkle slightly when dry, this is fine and simply gives the patchwork a more traditional feel. The blanket can be lightly ironed on the top but the minky fleece CANNOT be ironed.

I love special little details and so I send all of my handmade items out to you boxed, wrapped in cellophane and tied with a bow.

For extra piece of mind for both of us I send all of my orders via the Royal Mail Signed For service so that items can be tracked after posting.
